By installing or using Suno Companion PRO ("the Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension.
1. Subscriptions and Payments
All payments made to "Suno Companion PRO" are final and non-refundable. By purchasing a subscription or a lifetime license, you acknowledge and agree that you are gaining immediate access to digital goods and intellectual property. Therefore, you waive any right to a "cooling-off" period or standard refund customary for physical goods.
1.1. Discretionary Exceptions. Refunds may be granted solely at our discretion in the event of a proven technical malfunction that prevents the Extension from performing its core functions for a consecutive period exceeding seven (7) days, provided you have contacted our support team and allowed us an opportunity to resolve the issue. "Change of mind" is not a valid ground for a refund request.
2. Interaction with Suno.com
"Suno Companion PRO" is a third-party tool designed to enhance the user experience on Suno.com. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Suno.
2.1. Compatibility Disclaimer. You acknowledge that Suno.com may modify its website architecture, API, terms of service, or technical security measures at any time without notice. "Suno Companion PRO" relies on the current structure of Suno.com. We make no warranty that the Extension will remain compatible with Suno.com following any third-party update. We are not liable for any service interruption, malfunction, or loss of access to Pro features caused by changes implemented by Suno.
3. Audio Transcoding and Quality
The WAV export feature provided by "Suno Companion PRO" uses client-side transcoding technology (Web Audio API) to wrap the original MP3 stream provided by Suno into a WAV container.
3.1. Quality Warranty Disclaimed. We do not warrant the acoustic quality, fidelity, or "lossless" nature of the resulting WAV files. The transcoding process is designed for compatibility with Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs) and does not upscale or restore audio frequencies lost during the initial generation on Suno.com. We are not liable for any incompatibility between the generated audio files and third-party music production software.
4. User-Generated Data ("The Vault")
The Extension provides a "Prompt Vault" feature that allows you to store style tags and lyrics locally within your browser.
4.1. Local Storage Responsibility. You understand and agree that this data is stored using chrome.storage.local and resides exclusively on your device. We do not maintain backups of your saved prompts on any server. We are not responsible for any data loss caused by clearing browser cache, uninstalling the extension, device failure, or standard browser synchronization issues. We strongly recommend maintaining independent backups of important prompt data.
5. License Grant
Upon purchase (or free installation), we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for personal and commercial music production purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the Extension or any part of its source code.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suno Companion PRO and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of the Extension, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Extension following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mediaXtreme LLC operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
